Week-ends from November to March, except during Christmas and New Year holidays.
Friday, from 5pm, welcome and snack by the chimney, then diner at 8pm with brouillade aux truffes.
Saturday morning, breakfast and departure for Richerenches; visit of the largest professional truffles market. Afternoon, visit to a trifficulteur, et cavage of the truffles with the dogs.
Saturday evening, diner cooked by Catherine, emphasizing the truffle from the beginning to the end, from the salty to the sweet.
Sunday morning, breakfast, then visit to the truffle market in Saint Paul Trois Châteaux, open to the private individuals, or visit of wine growers.
